    Fill out our request form with details about the event or type of events you’re interested in. We’ll find tickets that match your preferences and send you options to choose from. Once you select your tickets and make payment, we’ll send them directly to your email.
  • Are there any additional fees besides the ticket price?
    Yes, we charge a service fee for our assistance. This fee is included in the final price you see and covers our time and efforts in finding and securing your tickets, as well as any taxes and payment fees along side the purchasing process.
  • How much do tickets cost?
    Every ticket is different; it varies by event type and how popular the given event is. Obviously the closer you are to the stage or the field the more the prices will go up, but we do our very best to find the best seats for you for the best deal!
  • Are tickets purchased online or in person?
    Tickets are purchased online, directly through this site. The e-tickets will then be transferred to you via email.
  • Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend the event?
    If you can’t attend, we’ll do our best to assist you in finding another buyer for the tickets. However, no refund is guaranteed as this depends on the event organizer’s policies.
  • What happens if the event is canceled?
    If an event is canceled, we will assist with the refund process based on the event organizer’s policies. While we support you through the process, we are not responsible for securing the refund.
  • How do I know if my ticket request was successful?
    You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your request. We’ll provide details on the ticket options available within 72 hours.
  • What if I don’t see the event I’m interested in on your site?
    If the event you’re looking for isn’t listed, just fill out the request form with the details, and we’ll find tickets for that event or similar ones that might interest you.
  • How can I stay updated on upcoming events and special offers?
    Follow us on our social media channels to get the latest updates on events, discounts, and special offers. We also occasionally send out newsletters with exclusive information.
  • How do I access my tickets?
    After you purchase your tickets you will receive an email with the transferred tickets. On this email there will be a link that says "Accept transfer". Using this link you will then be able to access the ticket through TicketMaster. *These tickets do not come from TicketMaster. Ticket Master is simply the site that controls all the transfers.
  • Can I use The Tickets Girl for corporate or group events?
    Yes, we can assist with corporate or group event ticketing. Please contact us directly with the details of your request, and we’ll provide personalized assistance.
