• Payment: Payment is required for the chosen tickets. We will handle the purchase and send the tickets directly to your email.
   

• Service Fee: A service fee is applied to the ticket price, which covers our assistance and does not affect the ticket price you see. All taxes and processing fees are included in the final price.

4. Pricing and Availability
 

• Pricing: Ticket prices are subject to change based on availability and demand. We strive to find the best possible prices but cannot guarantee specific pricing.

• Event Cancellations: If an event is canceled, we will assist with the refund process according to the event organizer’s policies. However, we are not responsible for obtaining the refund itself. We will provide guidance and support but cannot guarantee the refund outcome.

  If you are unable to attend the event, we will do our best to find a solution, but no refund is guaranteed. Refunds for ticket purchases are subject to the event organizer’s policies. We will support you and attempt to find another buyer for the tickets if possible.

The Tickets Girl is not responsible for any issues related to the event itself, such as cancellations, delays, or changes. Our liability is limited to providing the agreed-upon service, and we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We use personal information provided in the request form to find and purchase tickets. Your information will be used solely for this purpose and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
